Give modafinil/provigil a try. I must admit that I'd pretty much forgotten about it since this thread. I'll have to get back on that train.
I've got some stuff called Phenibut to take out for a spin, which is supposedly useful for cleaning up the brain a bit. I'm feeling fuggy as fuck, so perhaps today should be the day...
