Um...as one giant image it's not searchable by the google bots...why not html the text?

It´s fine, but maybe a bit busy for a temp page.
I´d ditch the picture and the "Site by"-Part and merge the V-Card-Link into the adress / email part (what now is in the upper right).

I love when lawyers do the whole "law offices of..." and it's just one person on their own, solo practice.
It's just like when freelancers masquerade as a full agency or design firm.
Not that there's anything wrong with doing this, it's just funny.
