Normally for Epiphone I'd look for neck/headstock shape (and logo), but really hard to tell here.

Looks like it says Epiphone to me. Either way, fletcher is right, its a Les Paul.

Are you buying one? If so, go for the Epiphone Elitist series. They are much better than the usual Epi's and rival the quality of the Gibsons. I believe they may have stopped production on the Elitist's though. Get one if you can. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
