at the big apple circus many decades ago... there was a clown doing this high tight rope act and fell off the rope, i thought it was part of the act and started to laugh, only the clown never got up...there was no net to capture him and he had died... in retrospect i feel i just shouldnt have laughed... but as kid i didnt know better...

Bloke fell over in supermarket and cracked his head.
How i laughed.He later died in hospital.
