Try WMF. Windows Meta File.

AI -> export -> WMF
Word -> insert -> from file -> converts vector in place

well that seemed to have worked sorta...for some odd reason it prints a faint line going through the logo...on a sidenote..k size is extrememly minimal and its not pixelated..just need to figure out this ghost line business
