For the sound of your question, you either dont know the difference of a Sr Graphic designer and of an Art Director or you are going with a small company who doesnt know what they need and want you to do both. then expect 40% - 60% of what an agency would be paying for a regular position.

Don't mean to change subjects but a cab driver in NYC makes on average 45,000 a year. I saw it on some report or something.
Doesn't it always seemed like cab drivers made a lot more? I was disappointed.
