Any other freelancers get mildly depressed? Feels like a live the same day over and over again as i work by myself in my office everyday.
I also tend to work very hard and don't know when to take a break or take recreational time.
Any other freelancers got some tips! ;)

break up your day with exercise
meet a friend for lunch each week .. gives you something to look forward to
do all your brainstorming outside your house (coffee shop, friend, on the bus, etc)
listen to new music to change your mind set (itunes radio, lastfm)
participate in users groups

Structure is the key. If you work from home and you have a sloppy routine you'll get depressed. Sad fact of life but humans are more comfortable with regiment.
Do 9.00am to 6.00am and have a life outside your work. One day the work with abandon you and you'll be left with nothing. Its better to do less work and be poor than to do everything and be rich.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have three week's work to deliver by 9.00am tomorrow morning...

Put the radio on, I find this helps a lot if your feeling a bit too solitary.
Get some fresh air at lunch time/

I tried freelancing and I was about to become crazy. Iam an employee now its perfect for me.

Freelancing has it's good points.
Everything you earn is yours, you are your own boss and you can come and go as you please.
- for every drawback freelancing has, these three things make up for. I wish I had started freelancing soonertheredmasque

masturbate a couple times throughout the day

Try to find a desk space with communal people. Helps maintain rigidity and stop you getting depressed, fapping and procrastination. It's the solitude that is the killer.
- "co-working" its key to maintaining a freelance life in my eyes. http://coworking.pbw…applepirate

You know what, i love freelancing but i often thought of maybe doing some work experience days with a design firm just to break up my week and learn some new stuff.
That would be great.
