your boss doesnt know shit. he will never be satisfied.
best thing to do when designing your company site, have everything covered down to the last detail. if they ask when you did this or that, be ready with an answer. if he says he doesnt like something, explain why you did it that way. not just because you think its pretty.quit now.

Yeah, I can see the resemblance, but not a full on rip. The format is pretty similar, and so are the colour choices.

You know how many Web sites are out there? Eventually we are all going to look similar. It takes a long time to innovate a design, which means a lot of money. I bet your boss isn't that smart of a man, to spend more money on innovation and quality. Overall, it's not a rip, it's like any art with influence.

The Media Temple website along with the Proline Signs are a dime a dozen, if anything they both look like templates found on Monster Template.
