i have a civic si sedan 2008 and love it. Stay with Honda, they are reliable.

Get the Scirocco... I had a look at it a couple of weeks ago. It's a great looking car.
Just be sure to get the DSG gearbox. It's an absolute must.
You can't have more fun for that kind of money. I drive a mk5 GTI with the turbo/DSG specs...
Saab is not an option imho...
