CS4 - CS3 question

I have the CS3 master collection and just got CS4. WIll installing CS4 apps delete the CS3 version?
I have a CS3 Premiere Project I want to keep in CS3 - but want CS4 for new projects.

if you use Indesign, I recommend keeping your cs3 version because indesign compatibility only lets you downsave 1 version, so if you want to share a cs4 document to cs2 you can't. have to downsave to cs3, open it in cs3 to downsave again to cs2... I think there's a method that let's you downsave to right from cs4 to cs2 by tweaking the inx file but that might get you unpredictable results...

there is one moron bug in cs4 tho. if you choose to deinstall cs3 later premiere cs4 wont be able to properly export projects to the cs4 movie encoder and you will have to import them into afterfx cs4 to render : /
