    if you use Indesign, I recommend keeping your cs3 version because indesign compatibility only lets you downsave 1 version, so if you want to share a cs4 document to cs2 you can't. have to downsave to cs3, open it in cs3 to downsave again to cs2... I think there's a method that let's you downsave to right from cs4 to cs2 by tweaking the inx file but that might get you unpredictable results...
