Since with crappy weather you are forced to stay in, and do some work.
While would be a waste of time staying indoor while outside there is a warm and sunny weather asking for you to go out!

I live in the place close to the sea but there is no all year summer here. Actually there was no summer in the summer here and now it's cold and there's no one around. But it is the place close to the sea. Is it the place you meant?
