(B) Stay quiet.
Max sounds pretty savvy and the teacher who left the Final Exam answers out and at risk of being stolen sounds pretty dense. There would be quite an uproar about an entire class failing – amongst the faculty, students and administration. The fault lies in the teacher being daft and I foresee that coming out as a major topic of consideration.

Mostly, I chose not to rat on Max or my "friends." My own morals tell me that I didn't cheat, so it's not my problem to be responsible for his moral indecency. That's why for question 11 I made the survey creator aware that this was a stupid control question.
