Probably, but it would cost a fair bit, as pretty much the most costly part of a job is the initial set up ie proof > plate > machine.
If you have a decent printer you could ask if its something they could do at a low rate if you provide your own stock but if we need to get samples foiled we get rub downs made. Its like letraset but in whatever foil sample or pantone colour you need.
I could give you contact details for someone over here that does it (we order it though a stationery supplier) but Im sure theres a supplier near you that can do this.
Again, ask your printer they may be able to direct you to who does this.

Ok, if you can't get rub-downs (but I think you really should be able to, just don't know of any places in the states) then you can talk to your printer and ask them what finisher they would use for foiling. When we got our stationery done we went straight to a foilers as we got everythign foiled, no printing. It would work out cheaper this way as you don't need to get a third party (a printer) involved.
If you can't get a recommendation for that, try these guys, i've seen them posted up on here before and they might be able to help, but it will cost cos you've got to factor in set-up fees and labour, again, usually the most costly part of the job.
