    Ok, if you can't get rub-downs (but I think you really should be able to, just don't know of any places in the states) then you can talk to your printer and ask them what finisher they would use for foiling. When we got our stationery done we went straight to a foilers as we got everythign foiled, no printing. It would work out cheaper this way as you don't need to get a third party (a printer) involved.

    If you can't get a recommendation for that, try these guys, i've seen them posted up on here before and they might be able to help, but it will cost cos you've got to factor in set-up fees and labour, again, usually the most costly part of the job.
