any ableton users in the house... what do you make of their site?

what about people who might be new to ableton? in that case the site lacks a certain umph, a little boring considering the technology.
however, it's clean, simple and easy to use and I know that's what clients love so I think its all good.

site is ok.
but their app design is one of the best UIs ever in eternity +1
most video apps should grab some clues from them

I agree completely with"one of the best UIs ever in eternity." If only there was design software as good.
- like some kind of fullscreen photoshop/illustrato... setup with a dark theme etc... hmmmihavenomouth

I like the site, work really well, nice and fast, easy to navigate. But there is a reel lake of branding to the site which losses allot of impact.
You look at the company packaging design, and then at the website, and think, is this the same company?
- A reel lake of branding?
I'd like see that...NotByHand - *toNotByHand

The site is fine.
Best piece of music software out there, functionally and aesthetically. It's (almost) like a better proTools that's also a kick ass live performance tool.

Think the site is nice, clean and easy to use and works well with their branding.
Although my initial thought was, I don't know what they do and I can't be arsed looking to find out. But if most of their target audience know about them I don't think that matters too much.

lots of tables... I don't understand why some of these music program sites aren't made to look like the programs themselves... that'd be cool...

i guess if it looked too much like the app, the screenshots and videos of it would get lost in it? maybe that's why it's so white... dunno...
