What are other people's experiences with them?
I ordered a tee more than 3 months ago which has yet to arrive - and they are non responsive when I try to contact them...

I checked into it myself and no tracking number can be found. We have sent you an email explaining and offered you a coupon code for 2 free shirts and a refund on your previous order.

I don't know what a batesole is and really don't care since accidents happen and RARELY receive an email over a lost package. In Dave's instance, it was before Designgive 2.0 and our records for that were all archived. In fact our customer service is often complimented with our quick delivery and our cause. This email is just one we receive almost daily.

Thanks for all the NT'ers for their support during the past 2 years as we have relied on design support and comments. We are always open to suggestions as well as designs from fellow artists like Paul Macgregor on here from Socket Studios. Which, we should be reprinting soon, on another color. :) Which Paul will receive new reprints of.

It's totally understandable that mistakes do happen once in a while.
I have ordered a shirt from you before without any problems.
Your offer to rectify things with Dave shows that your customer care obviously is good.

I never made this thread as an attack on designgive - as I love the idea. But it becomes frustrating when people don't reply to emails. It's one of my pet hates :)
