Signwriters are stupid C***s!

I have a new client who has supplied me a really unbelievably poor bitmapped logo, measuring a whopping 50mm x 70mm @ 72dpi. The logo is so poor and bitmaped to fuck - and not only do I have to use this for print, but I have to use this on a large exhibition panels - and the printers are printing this 150dpi at size. Which roughly means I'd have to enlarge this by oooooh say 1000%
I mentioned to the client that I need the vector version of the logo and he asked the tarded signwriter who created it for the vector (Yes its soooo awful b4 u ask). His reply was as follows...........

This file is fine, If he takes the image into Photoshop & adjusts the resolution to suit, he should be able to size it to whatever he wants? Or alternatively I can guide him how to do this if he’s struggling."
----------------Arrrrrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhhh, the dumb cheeky **** I want to go and piss on his van!

Surely the thing to do here is to write back and say "In my experience a 50x70mm bitmapped/pixellated 72dpi logo can not ever be enlarged in any way that can provide satisfactory results, and therefore I have to bow to the greater knowledge of the signwriter and ask that he provides me with a 1000% enlargement sampled up to 150dpi for use on the exhibition stand. I am happy to be considered to be 'struggling' with the technical aspects of that sort of enlargement and look forward to receiving a perfect artwork in due course."

Yeah, take him up on it. Also, its prefectly reasonable in a situation like this to revert to childish name-calling while talking to him.
