I'm considering an iphone. For a few months Rogers was offering 6Gig/mo for $30. Now they've reduced it to 1Gig/mo for $30.
Is that a reasonable price or will I find myself paying alot in overages?
I'll probably use google maps alot, some streaming audio apps like flycast and email.

wtf, im in the UK and on O2 here (exclusive iphone provider) the plans are "unlimited" data download but there is a fair usage policy of 500mb per month, which is pretty difficult to reach!
are you guys on iphones all the time?

That's crazy talk.
If you don't have unlimited data the general idea and purpose behind the iPhone as a product starts to fade (in my opinion).
