i have myself voted Belgian public broadcaster (and quality it is, better than the rubbish that's been broadcasted in NL lately!!) to have the best graphics.

yes, very nice, although the tweens between the different frames can be a bit 'too much' IMHO.. I like it better when they have the two layers (text and video) of vertical scroll.. hmm can't find any examples of that.
