I would have said either Din, the Engschrift version, or an Alpine Gothic, possibly Number 3?

Sorry, My copy of Alpine Gothic is from 1992, and is a fontstudio postscript type 1 font credited only to "Miles"... maybe I have an early Miles Newlyn font. I have always thought Alpine Gothic was a commonly used font. I may have to start using it if its not... I have the whole set.
