Anyone else here have habit of jiggling there foot while working? It's insane I do it all day!

I have managed to modify it so that the front of my foot stays on the ground and I bounce the heel up and down without touching the ground. Silence.

I'm a drummer and anytime, and I mean anytime, I'm not doing anything else, I'm drumming (tapping my feet and using my hands on my knees, chair arm, whatever). I even taught myself to lead with my left hand (I drum right-handed) while driving in the car.

I do the same type of tap as MrOneHundred, just bouncing my heels up and down... I think my slammin' calves are a direct result of this :D

This is fucking annoying, especially in a cinema or some such where all the seats are attached in a row so one fucker jiggling his foot sends ripples of movement down an aisle. Cut it out ye twitchy bastards!
