what do you think though? make the switch to freelance or stay at this job for the benefits?
- Benefit or watching your life ebb away in misery?...babaganush

yeah patrick would be a good listener, help me rekindle my creativity, he would care xx

they'll try to pay you the same salary you'd be making minus the benefits. take into account the extra cash it will take to cover those benefits on your own. if they don't want to give you the extra cash then go fulltime.

except i'm getting less here than i would be freelance. as far as i know..i have a review coming up but i doubt it'll yield a 14 dollar raise.

I'm sure you know this, but keep in mind that as freelance your chargeable is higher because you're also charging a margin for yourself to not be working X amount of time, right? You may make more hourly but will you be charging the same number of hours per week/month/year?
Just something to keep in mind.
