How the hell they map a 3D picture of your face and mask it so well? Is it using papervision and then masking on top of the movie?

they track the guys face and mask out the hood and face area. then it makes a 3d warp of your face from where you put the points and it follows the tracking info...or something

wonder if they're using something like papervision for flash. i've done some stuff with that and i suspect that you could get pretty close to this with that.
