nah 2 weeks til Halloween. We like to send it around Halloween anyway.

mix the spooky theme in with current events... like perhaps a bunch of dead presidents come alive as zombies wearing acorn t-shirts and moaning 'sign sign sign sign'...
... or that fat guy who just got fried (put to death) in Ohio early this week... bring him back from the dead... (this is already dark though - so it's not as clever... I was just thinking of current news)

make your own "wack-a-mole" and then send a dipped chip with some on it to a friend (viral part).
they have to create the wack-a-mole by seeing how many times they can hit the words "my friends" and "maverick" (which are flying by them in the air/screen, btw) with a giant oil derrick. the words get pulverized and then they smash them into the wack-a-mole by not spending anything, wanting more research done for 'at-risk' children, 'attacking' unilaterally while not 'talking' unilaterally, and putting all energy decisions in the hands of each state to deal with.
Or, go with tasty's idea.
