Anyone know of a somewhat easy to implement way of creating a time counter in Flash? Just something that is visible that counts up the seconds and minutes and displays that in the movie?

what version of flash? What version of AS are you using?

CS3. I can use either AS1 or 2. Doesnt matter. Whatever works for the timer.

looks as if there is a timer within the sample files of flash. this should help...

- Hmmmm looks like they need to update. There is no flash mx samples folder or timer.fla with CS3.CygnusZero2

- No, I need something that when your flash movie is launch, it just starts counting up from zero to show how long the movie is running in seconds and minutes. Thats not a clock.CygnusZero2
