Give fonts away to client?

i don't know why people keep doing work with no contract. you should always do SOW for all projects if possible and have the contract signed.

Hmmm, weird. I freelance for a bunch of agencies and we pass fonts back and forth all the time, sometimes they even convert em' for me.

Send him a copy of the font license and tell him that it was never part of the agreement that you break the law or provide software. If he is unhappy with this, simply state that you will be happy to select appropriate fonts that he already owns legally or that are available for free in place of the ones you originally suggested. That shouldn't take you too long... right?
They are not yours to give... Should you also provide a copy of photoshop for him to edit the psd?
