Working in interactive media I see a lot of creative and innovative work from other agencies. I'm interested in how other agencies / studios are structured - if you could answer these questions about the studio you work in I'd really be interested.
1. How much of your studio is working on client paid work each day?
2. What's the split of long projects over short reactive projects? (please define long / short projects e.g. 3 weeks or less than a day etc.)
3. How long on average do you spend on projects?
4. How much of your time is spent on research and development?
5. How do you convince your boss to spend time playing or on research and development?Would love to hear from you.

It varies from day to day but for example today:
1.70% Answering emails/telephone, general firefighting. 20% work. 10% QBN & fucking about
2.90% long projects 2weeks or more, 10% pissy 2/3hour jobs
3. paid 2 weeks, actual time spent 1 month
4.I look long and heard in the mirror and start playing
