I'd love it to be a bit less clean, more of that dirt on the walls and stuff, but that is only if I had to find some crit!

You need a ? after Forgot Password and your preloader needs to load faster (I got a white screen for about 10 seconds).
Also it's difficult to know where to click when the interface loads. The first link I clicked was an external link.
Maybe that intro video should be on your homepage? Or the main content links should be clearly labeled.

Really nice.
the back button often is mixed with the background. Make it more visible.
And there are just decorative stencils which can mislead you. Maybe on them use a slightly different treatment.
