Flash Animator with Illustrative Design Skills?

I have a freelance Flash animation gig for which I'm going to need to hire a Flash animator with illustrative design skills, and I wanted to see how many people on the board fit that description.
Does such a cat exist?
Have no fear. I'm not trying to bypass Krop - I just want to get a sense of who's out there.

What kind of illustration? Like character?

In all seriousness, the illustration would involve vectorized recreations of my client's product being used by some kind of human likeness. Their products are unnecessarily difficult to install, so they're thinking an animated "demo" will help users.
