Off the top of my head - I love harajuku for the whacked out fashion and shit and you can check out the uniqlo t-shirt store and then check out the Meiji Jingu Shrine while there as well. Shibuya is great for shopping. Asakusa for the Sensoji Temple is pretty cool as well. Akihabara for the tech stuff. I hate Roppongi myself, but alot of tourists seem to dig it. Roppongi Hills has some great views of Tokyo...Tokyo Tower is a must just for the awesome view of the city and to get some pictures of the awesome penis shaped mascot...

It's funny there's this little silver jewelry shop in harjuku I always go to everytime I go to Tokyo...I'm trying to remember the name...very very cool custom rock-n-roll pieces. The owner is Isreali, but his wife is Japanese.He lived in NYC for a while as well...he always remembers me when I go in there, even though it's like I only go in there once a year! hahaha...A-ha..found the business card:
