No internet

I do not have internet at home for the third day in a row because I'm changing provider.
I find myself sitting in front of my screen, opening firefox and hoping to get some holy internet signal.
I also wake up at night and look at the modem to see if the internet light is on, its been three days and I don't know if i can go through another day.
This is even harder than the day I quit smoking.

i am using 3 budweiser cans hooked up to my neighbor's Isuzu but I only get dial up. how do you think he does it. i don't know.
