i have to deal with 30k limits quite a lot.

this thread is more than 23k in text alone,
seriously go tell them to shove it, there's been some hideous mismanagement of this project further up the chain if they've ended up with 23k for the interactive bit..
It is in all honesty a joke to try and propose a commercial system with that as the front end. No amount of design will save them, someone somewhere needs to start again.

is that not the initial load? Id preload it and make the preloader come under 23k and then load in the app. Sounds like clueless PM speak to me
