I basically don't but I played a pickup game last night.. (in Portland btw, anyone want in?)
My toenail is filled with blood.. should i heat up a paper clip and drain it? Let it be? Not play soccer for awhile?
I have no "soccer" buddies.. !

I am coaching my 7yr old and I've never played soccer in my life. 3 soccer practices is all the experience I have.
Bloody toenails, different story. I would take a hot needle to your toe to drain the blood.

Yes futbol footbal football! Sorry.. I'm mostly concerned with if I should play football or wait a week or something? And does draining it help, I don't care that it looks disgusting, I just want to do whatever makes me able to play!

I play soccer(football) weekly. Always in the indoor facilities though. That way can play all year, all conditions.
As for your toe -- don't kick with your toe! Use the bloody laces! lol
There's not much you can do about the nail... but if it's bad enough, know that it will likely fall off.

Are you playing on a basketball court? I would buy adidas sambas. That could have prevented the injury.
