That's exactly what I was on about — why let the dev-guys handle design? Different disciplines.
That menu system is similar to many others out there. Box with some type in it.
Even if the site's a template does not necessarily mean that it's plagiarism. Be careful what you accuse the developers of.- btw, anyone want to buy a black site with box-navigation? Cheeep! 12K this month only...********

K, I've dug through the swf with a decompiler, and beyond colourful text in a trace ("killing, murdering and destroying") in a Kill function, I can't see anything to identify the source.
But this really isn't my domain, so I might have missed something basic.

Looking at the sites in more detail I can't say they look alike in anyway. The menu "looks" similar but when you rollover it expands and your doesn't.
Their site is full screen and your site isn't. It's not a copy at all. If they had taken your code and design and made a site that was identical then yes you had a legal case there.

Alright In all honesty if your going to claim rip off, and rip the site a new one the least you could do before you talk to the ceo of a company is prove what your saying. think of the designer and his team. Is 13k really that much for a big companies website like Renault's? I don't think so.
