i have found some good clients on there but for every good one you have to sort through 20 shit ones

i have 2 new clients from craigslist
will report back on exactly how flakey

I got 5 jobs off of craigslist. Two were contract and three were full time. None of them really panned out but that's because I hate work.

Seriously, DO NOT USE Craigslist, EVER!
You will get burned every time. Craigslist is a skid mark on the underpants of the internet. Bunch of cheap ass people looking to pay minimum wage for design.
Fills me with rage!

why not set them up. show them a great portfolio but only turn in ludicrous comps

omfg so glad i came back to this thread... a SPIRITUAL CLEANSING? is that codeword for a blowjob?
- tasty0
Dude! i had a woman offer me that to do a book cover and she worked at an ad agency I used to work at.
She said she could give me spiritual cleansing.
I told her my spirit is really clouded and the only thing that could fix it is 1/2 my quote up front.

here's one i posted in a different thread a little while ago. hilarious

no thanks. I will post a contest on 99 designs and get 20 to choose from, some that will be fairly high quality.
- kerus0
Crap, I posted a similar rant on another board and they took it on themselves to mark the crappy ads as spam.
(I may or may not have had anything to do with that)
