I haven't seen what he did and frankly I don't want to. Based on the reaction here he's a monster.
I for one would gladly volunteer to sandpaper monsters like this slowly out of existence, using liberal quanities of lemon juice as I go.

Well, he may be sentenced to death, and this is WAY to lenient of a punishment for him, BUT he still has to sit in jail waiting. They're not going to just kill him tomorrow. And there will be plenty of opportunities for a prison guard or two (I say guard, because I doubt they'd put him in with the rest of the prison population for fear of his safety, which is ludicrous. Why fear for his safety when you're going to put him to death anyways?) to fuck him up royally. I'm sure most of the guards are family men, and a few wouldn't be against peeling his fingernails and toenails off or tazoring his ball sack.

this is exactly the reason why the US is looked upon by other for being so backward when it comes to the legal system. you simply can't stick to rules, guards are only there to look after and maintain order, not to be their own judges and executors of their own judgements.
but hey, i noticed you also had something like guantanamo bay and plans to invade the hague international tribunal when needed. yes, no wonder so many other countries hate you.
i love americans, and i regard you as a very advanced culture, but in terms of justice you are centuries and centuries behind.

gung_hoek, I'm sorry, but I do get worked up when I hear of children being exploited and raped and tortured and murdered. I just think the death penalty is too easy a way out for him. This is the most heinous act a human can do, defiling a child to this extreme, not to mention the other alleged rapes and murders. I don't think wishing harm upon this man is wrong, and i honestly home someone goes medieval on his ass.
