I remember seeing a thing on TV ages ago where researchers went to some remote tribe that's doesn't have a lot of outside contact (and obviously no impact from any media) and asked the men to pick a body shape they found the most appealing.

I'm attracted to all sorts of different women, whether that takes the form of body type, race, age, etc. Women are awesome. Regarding my personal criteria in considering a mate, though, I go with health (being too skinny or too fat is not healthy), intelligence, and honesty. That being said, I have, on occasion, wondered what it would be like to wake up in the middle of the album cover for Jimi Hendrix's Electric Ladyland. heh

Then there's that research (sorry, I'm not gonna search for link – I'm kind of busy at the moment) that points to Golden section proportions, 1.618:1, corresponding to beauty and athletic ability. The science of beauty.

Yeah, so the researchers assumed the men would go for women who exhibited good child bearing abilities (large breasts, large hips etc..) and they really surprised them by picking the skinny women every single time.
