Just curious, any of you a fan of a band from Sweden called Kent? They've been around a while, are rather unknown in the US, but are one of my absolute favorite bands. I hardly ever find anyone who knows who they are.

any band that just does a preview of a song on myspace can seriously go to hell

i actually started to listen to them since i move to the states. i wouldn't say i am a fan, but they got a few good songs.
by the way, they seam to make what ever they want. and not what the record company tell them to. (its a good thing)

I actually like a lot more Finnish bands. Try Negative (http://www.last.fm/music/Negati... you might like them.

Their new stuff is a bit...meh actually. First couple of albums were amazing...pure radiohead with a lovely Scandinavian twist. Great voice...

cool, now this is where I hoped the thread would go. :)
Yeah, I agree Jevad, last album was not so great. But Isoloa was one I got in college and I have always loved it. They have such great guitar tones and instrumentation. Hagnasta Hill is my favorite album. I've got everything they've put out, even that b-sides double album. Shame I've never seen them, I don't even know if they've ever played in the US.
