Helping drug addicts isn't that easy. My half brother's been to rehab and jail and he still spends all he has on drugs. Drug users must WANT to stop in order to stop. My dad's been high 24/7/365 going on til old age.

nitrous bulbs are no comparrison at all.. nitrous oxide is fine.. they give it to you at dentists.. what she is inhaling is compressed air fluid. a mixture of ether and god knows what else.
its like huffing butane or spray paint.
bulbs are harmless.. albeit fun.
