Just like in the tv serie CSI and all the other police series, does anyone know of an open source pixel enhancer tool so i can read a license plate if i zoom in at 400%.
Like Horatio says: "Let me zoom in on that"?

There was one movie, can't remember the name, but they zoomed in using the CCTV system at something at like 2000%, got it perfectly crisp... but the managed to rotate and see round the door frame. Fucking rubbish!
