Fresh launch. Still has things to work out including working on the grids/aesthetic I worked on, but I still like how big the images are. As long as the images stand out my goal is complete.
Best part of this is that no matter what section a photo moves to it's link is never broken.

I am not a big fan from blue on black
- MrDinky0
the site would have been nicer in smooth motion
i am not an advocate of flash but in this instance, i would have preferred it in flash.the blue seems awkward. maybe white would have been better.

the expanded navigation at the bottom does not really work since it does not clearly differentiate from rest. slight font sizing does not make it stand out nor it have any inclusion.
i would have preferred the nav at top since i kept scrolling.

amazing work but the portfolio needs some smoothing out like MrDinky says...

you can still bookmark and share in flash when you make unique deep linking in each imagery or section.
also like many imagery driven sites, i always like seeing thumbnails. if the first 2 images dont capture me, i tend to go somewhere else and potentially not see all the work

That is one eclectic portfolio
- MrDinky0
also in the sub nav items dont wrap properly.
- MrDinky0
and image arrows, maybe something more distinctive and more inviting to click. i would have done the same as is but i may have put larger mouse over indication.

I think the Logo could be much smaller, and the line spacing is to big in the main menu

It's all good. I'll forward the feedback to the dev. guys. My input was design, which you can see was different. I don't have any other images on my server right now or I'd share all the pages blown out.

i think we can all share the difficulty of executing your creative vision on behalf of your client especially when they are creatives themselves.
it just maybe that you were married with that lay out? imagery + bottom nav? i am trying to recall other sites where sub structure were done well on-click.
- MrDinky0
and the images load painfully slow.

people on 1024 x 768 will hate you... having to scroll down all the time... would of been better putting the nav on the side what with the estate being used...
get rid of the blue too...

Yeah. Well I passed off photoshop files probably 2-3 months ago. I've been just waiting to see the launch, and this is what the guys developed.
It definitely isn't what I passed off, but I imagine they had something else playing into this push. Probably the need for getting new work out.

*most constructive site crit

It's all good. I expected some serious flaming from this site.

i think the colours are just an odd choice really

Use of Ajax or some CSS would be nice, this would help the pages load more seamlessly, smoother and quicker. Overall pretty clean, nice images.
