OK! Iam tired. I need a great FTP application that is FREE for Mac. What are you using?
Iam on One Button FTP at the moment and it suck big time.
I know Transmit is good. I dont want to buy it and iam too lazy to find a torrent file.
Good free FTP Client for Mac anyone?

The Finder.
Go Menu > Network. Type in ftp address, login, password, bada-bing, bada-boom!

Didn't ever know you could FTP onto a server with the Finder, could be really useful.
But it doesn't seem to completely work, I can connect using ftp://domain.com then enter in my username and password - but when the server appears as a network location the folder is blank like nothing is on the server...
Do I need to change something on in my host settings or the System Prefs?

You might have to resolve some sub-directories like /public or the like.
- That's usually the folder/root i FTP into using Transmit...Mallmus

iam with Bluehost. Doesnt seems to work with the finder thingy

Go with FireFTP for Firefox, works like a charm.

finder FTP only reads, doesn't write..
for a free app use cyberduck as it's the best one free I found.
transmit is probably better but as I only use ftp from time to time cyberduck fits me good
