I'm surprised that no one came with a big "fuck you candy".

Ahh, you are Dust_Creative.. how's the forum?
Having lectured for a couple years in a design course, I can tell straight away that your missing the point - you haven't really thought about how people digest messages. Those numbers mean nothing to me and it is not aesthetically pleasing. Seen lots of this stuff. Usual fix is 'delete it, get a concept, and open your sketchbook'
Practice safe design.
Always use a concept.

Yes, i miss concept. Especially in small messages like print ads (eg billboards) concept is king.

you should probably take into consideration the recall rate for billboards - i think its like 3 or 4 seconds or something like that. To quote an asshole I once worked with, "It doesn't 'wow' me."

Rybo, Rybo, Rybo... I've been on this board over 4 years, and in the little time I have shown work on here, I have always had a thought just before I post it... okay, I can be pretty frank and honest when critic other people's work and sometimes say things that the person might not want to hear, do I really want to go through something like that, even though I know it's gonna be an objective opinion (well mainly) but do I want to subject myself to that about something I've spent hours pouring over with great attention and passion, I think it's kind of like a trigger or a switch that I'm sure we all have, mainly cause we care... I guess you don't have that switch?!
