I am posting this to check if someone else had the same problem. I have my domain register with this guys, not by choice, long time ago. The domain expired and I wnt there to renew, but when I enter my credit card to pay 12,00 dollares they ask me to send them a fax with a blue print of my credit card and signature and card number to check if I really own the card. they say its because of fraude blá blá....well I try to contact them and ask if they have other way to make the payment, the answer saying that is the only way. Well I have my domain, almost 4 weeks passed without my main email working probably some jobs lost because of this shit. I am not going to send a fax with mycredit card bur printed and my sgnature in a pieace of paper that dont even have their logo on it. No phone contact just fax, etc.... I talked to my bank they advice me not to send any fax...
What should I do to solve this? Anybody that had the same issue with them??

I have never used them, but what ever you do don't send them any CC information what so ever. Call them again and ask to speak to the manager or someone with a higher status level.
When did the domain expire? Remember if you want to renew it with someone else you always have the deletion period where Joker.com can hold your name till the time for deletion comes up.
Just looked at their site and it looks like a joke, also did a search online and a lot of people have issues with them.
Buying domain names is a pain if you land yourself with a rubbish domain provider. IMO always go with a company that has a reputation and always read the reviews and what people say.

Yes, I know, I completly agree with you. I buy that domain almost 10 yrs ago in uk2net.com then I made my hosting with (mt) and everything was allways working. I wanna to move my registration to (mt) but not during this period, I have first to renew with them or wait 90 days and rebuy the domain....
they dont have phone number just fax number.

If you want to transfer your domain name to (mt) you have 21 days to do so before your domain name expires in your case this is not possible. If its a premium domain name, not sure if Joker will let that on the market.
So its worth calling Joker and find out more information. I had issues in the past with crappy hosing companies and domain name registrars. So take care otherwise they could take your domain name.

I got many domains registered with them, and never had this kind of request. I renewed a domain few weeks ago, and all went ok.

Yes, I guess is because I have a new credit card that was never use before in that account

Don't know, but for sure it is unusual to ask for an hard-copy of the Credit Card. And risky. They got many ways to check you identity, other than asking so sensitive data.
