I like it, nice use of flash.
I agree on the arrows too, took me a sec to find them.

I really like your concept, and it is very well done. If I may just nitpick- it took me a while to see the arrow on the right, I thought that clicking on the "1,2,3..." buttons on the top was navigating me through all the pieces. Then I saw everyone here talking about the clips between pages and had to go back to figure out how to navigate it. Maybe I am just thick, but there may be others out there who don't get the whole thing at first too. Maybe make your arrow more visible somehow?
Also, the volume on your video was a little loud for me and my computer volume is down as far as it can go without being mute. Is there a way to make the volume controllable on your video?
Very fun site!
- thanks for the suggestions..
i think i will make the buttons a bit more prominent and i will look into the sound levels. cheersjoehamilton

good work... the skateboarding is cool, but def. distracting.... i would think about taking it out in favor for a video transition that is perhaps less distracting and a bit more relevant to the site and transitions

haha... i just wanted to watch the clips and didn't give the work any time...
... fun none-the-less... and... I think this would work in your favor more than against you - gives people who come in contact w/your site something else to talk about...
... although... if you were a total poser... this may have gone the other direction (poser in both aspects... design/interactive and skating... neither of which you have to worry about!!)... :)

Nice site all around... awesome.

Rad! Really nice work. the only thing i might change is to take out the "Woo!" after some of the tricks and maybe a bit more variety in the clips.

Really dig that navigation.

Nice..I'm down with it although the skating clips mayyyy distract some. Great idea and clean enough layout so it's not overwhelming.
Good tips above as well, like the different locations for different work genres.

needs more tricks

Nice transitions, a very clever way to handle them. And I have to say I usually skim through all the work really quickly on these portfolio sites, but I looked at and liked all the stuff you have up there. I really like the motion piece you have there. Thumbs up all the way around.

answer - typo!
lucky that wasn't the version that went to print.

question - is there such a place as Tasnania or is it a typo?
Like it, its good to inject as much personality into a portfoilo as pos, something I hope to do in the v near future when I re-do mine!

Looks somewhat like a college portfolio, if so great! I found the skateboarder repeating clip in between every last image very annoying. I hope that al your future clients are skateboard, hiphop or street culture companies though. Nice work in general.

nice but kind of distracting, I was just trying to figure out if that was bethnal green or wherever
