if you are a u.s. citizen living abroad, be sure to send off for your absentee ballot. it's still early enough to register, so you don't have to have done so previously.
here's the link: http://www.fvap.gov/

Line 3, Column 1: end tag for element "twattish-comment" which is not open.
That's so veh nearly fap.gov.</twattish-comment>The Validator found an end tag for the above element, but that element is not currently open. This is often caused by a leftover end tag from an element that was removed during editing, or by an implicitly closed element (if you have an error related to an element being used where it is not allowed, this is almost certainly the case). In the latter case this error will disappear as soon as you fix the original problem.

In Hong Kong corporations can vote.
"In the political systems of Hong Kong, a functional constituency is a professional or special interest group involved in the electoral process. Eligible voters in a functional constituency may include natural persons as well as other designated legal entities such as organisations and corporations."
"Currently, only 40 of the 70 Legislative Council seats are directly elected by the majority of people (35 through geographical constituencies and 5 through District Council (Second) functional constituency), with the rest of 30 elected by 28 traditional functional constituencies."

Do voters of general elections who believe in the process suffer from Grandiose Illusions?
Do they think that casting an inked piece of paper, generally aimed at an opaque ideal, suddenly persuade armed (as in armies) psychopaths to obey a hippie?
Are they so starved of love that they believe that if complete strangers (that probably disagree) vote for the same idea / person then it means that they are part of a community?
Smells of gambling addiction after years of being groomed by the casino, like their ballot is the winning ticket.
- (back paddling) that was a bit extreme, of course it's not black and white, but this seems to apply quite oftensofas
- In general I agree. Not to mention it's just an illusion of choice anyway. As if whoever gets in isn't controlled by the same governing forces.set
- If anyone actually thinks Trump would be allowed to make all the decisions for a country as powerful as US, frankly they're blind idiots.set
- Or even that any powerful country like that would actually allow it's people to decide the fate of the country. Get real.set
- Politics and democracy are the biggest theatre show illusions on planet earth.set
