I completely disagree detritus.
I've seen friends in Leicester grow amazing crops with nothing more than a gardening book acquired from a parents bookcase.
You might like to believe it's some higher level of voodoo-agriculture only acquired by dedicated, elder-of-the-tribe stoners - but it isn't.
If you can grow great tomatoes and roses - you grow great pot.- you have to understand light periods and vegetative vs flowering states if you want REAL resultsstupidresponse

Of course, if you're panning a multi-million pound crop - then by all means go off about irrigation systems, timers and heat lamps.
But I very much doubt this guy is.

Go to Mendocino or Chico. You can actually work on a farm harvesting the stuff...this will help you learn your new trade. :)

Pinch the buds so they start to grow into 2 buds when they're just starting to flesh out then if you're feeling lucky pinch them when those buds start to get slightly larger. You'll end up with 2 (or 4) slightly smaller (only slightly, works out better in the long run). buds where 1 bud where 1 would've normally grown.
