Should this design firm know their website is broken?

I'm not sure if it is my place to tell these guys that the press section on their website is a bit broken.
Being that they are a high end design firm they should know right?

I recently found a few mistakes in some of the graphics at one of the Chase bank lobbies in Milwaukee WI. I sent the mistake and the different ways that it could have been fixed. Somehow the company that produced this bewildering easy mistake acted like a pissy bully and insulted me. I visited there website to take a look, and I found a few more errors. I guess attention to details isn't high on anyones priorities."
you visited 'their' website? Sounds like you've already pissed them off, go for a double chief!

I think they were pissed because I found a mistake on there main graphic for chase bank. They have really good solid work, but they can't admit they they were off a bit.
I think if your wrong, admit it and move on, but they didn't want to look bad infront of chase. <( I saw the email they sent to the chase art director) So they tired to made me look like an ass.

Also, was it a typo, cos pointing out that someone has made a spelling mistake in a sentence with errors is a little ironic.
