I recently found a few mistakes in some of the graphics at one of the Chase bank lobbies in Milwaukee WI. I sent the mistake and the different ways that it could have been fixed. Somehow the company that produced this bewildering easy mistake acted like a pissy bully and insulted me. I visited there website to take a look, and I found a few more errors. I guess attention to details isn't high on anyones priorities."
you visited 'their' website? Sounds like you've already pissed them off, go for a double chief!
